Hi there!

 

My name is Cole, and I'm passionate about stories. I graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Professional Writing and Rhetoric. From there, I went on to Princeton to achieve my Master's in Theological Studies with a concentration on the intersections of Religion and Society. This concentration allowed me to study the intersections of philosophy, religion, ethics, politics, and culture -- you'll see that come through in my writing.

I don't just write about those intersections though. I love food, art, and sports -- especially basketball. I'm working on a basketball blog at the moment, actually, just on the side for fun.

Writing is my passion. My goal in writing is to translate rather dense topics -- whether them be philosophical ideas or legislative history -- into stories for regular people to consume. I like to think of myself as a liaison of sorts between the academy and regular folks.
